It sure is an unspoken word = NUNS abused and raped children and young adults... BOTH GIRLS, BOYS AND YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN... keep it coming out ladies... the nuns are now trying to hide behind... a few nuns who were abused as adults... this has nothing to do with defenseless children the nuns abused in their care... they were worst than the priest in our eyes... because they abused all the time... and remember what I wrote a while and it is in my book... every time they came back from church... they abused us children... but what we saw on the nuns faces... when ever a priest or bishop came to the orphanages... they were all over them... and making us bow at their feet... it makes me sick now that I know why... they sent us to the priest knowing full well... that the priest was going to rape us... I am sorry... but I have NO TIME FOR THE NUNS.. they knew what they were doing to us... and the nuns did not stop it... we were lambs to the slaughter... the nuns made sure... that they picked the right girls and boys... US CHILDREN... who had NO ONE LOOKING OUT FOR US... god this is tearing at me... we were their puppets... and they knew how hard to put those strings... they sure broke us down little by little... and it was at such an early age... that you had to do what ever they told you to do... so young... my god were we so young... little girls and boys not even walking or toilet trained... being beaten within an inch of our lives... you have no idea what I go through every day... because of the abuse and rape which was done to me... it makes me hate myself all the time... so dirty and unclean... “God is Love,” Sister Mary Juanita Barto told Finnegan as she repeatedly raped her in classrooms at Mater Christi High School in Queens in the late 1960s.
The abuse began when Finnegan was 15 and continued throughout her high school years — on school buses to out-of-town sporting events, at religious retreats in upstate New York, at Finnegan’s childhood home in Woodside and at a Long Island convent.
“She was obsessed with me 24 hours a day,” Finnegan, now 67, told The Post. “The woman owned me.”
