STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- "Don" says he was abused 70 years ago by an
employee at St. Michael's Home for Children, a Catholic orphanage that
was in Greenridge, the Daily News reported.
St. Michael's Home for Children closed in 1978.
Don, who asked that his last name not be used, said that he began getting sexually abused his last two years at the orphanage by a layman, not a member of the clergy.
