" You shall Know the Truth and the Truth Will Set You Free.”

This website is about the awareness of nuns, who Abused and Raped innocent children, in their so called care. It will be an eye opener for many, and it did happen. I am a survivor of 25years of abuse and rape, in two catholic church orphanages in Christchurch New Zealand. My story will be here as well, as many other women and men, who had the misfortune, to be place in the care of these vicious females. Not place there by their mothers, but stolen from them, by the catholic church herself.

The story of Dublin’s ‘most notorious child sexual abuser’

Vatican summit on child sexual abuse: Fr Tony Walsh was sentenced in 2010 to a total of 123 years for abuse of one boy Ahead of the Vatican conference on abuse in the Church, The Irish Times examines the case of Dublin’s “most notorious child abuser” Few cases illustrate so succinctly why the Catholic Church merited criticism for its handling of clerical child sex abuse as that of survivor Darren McGavin and perpetrator Fr Tony Walsh.

Vatican summit on sexual abuse has its roots in Cajun country

Ray Mouton and Gilbert Gauthe could not have been more polar opposites. Mouton was a flamboyant, well-heeled defense lawyer whose Louisiana ancestors included a governor, a United States Senator and the founder of the community that eventually became the city of Lafayette. He drove flashy cars, captured media attention, raked in big bucks and lived on a 15-acre estate with his wife and three children near the Acadiana fields where he had quarterbacked his school football team to a state championship.

The Catholic Church is bursting with secrets. Investigating one will unravel them all.

Garry Wills, professor of history emeritus at Northwestern University, is the author of “Why I Am a Catholic.” The New York Times published an extraordinary article this week based on interviews with two dozen gay Catholic priests and seminarians in 13 states. “Out” men and women today are often widely admired, but most of the interviews had to be conducted anonymously because the Vatican still treats homosexuality as “objectively disordered” — a policy that persists even though the representation of gay men in the priesthood is higher, probably far higher, than in the general population.

Abuse victims demand to see pope, call for bishops to be fired

Victims of sexual abuse by Catholic clergy demanded on Wednesday to meet Pope Francis to press their call for the Church to apply a zero tolerance policy including the dismissal of bishops who covered up such offences. The 12 victims met with five Vatican officials a day before the start of an unprecedented conference on clerical abuse that aims to guide senior bishops on how best to tackle a problem that has decimated the Church’s credibility.

Fallen idols and toppled statues: The world’s Catholics react to the Vatican’s abuse summit

The Vatican is currently convening its first summit on an issue that has long plagued the church — sex and child abuse. But while the Vatican is the seat of Catholic power, the people who follow the faith — and there are nearly 1.3 billion of them — are spread across the world. Here is how some primarily Catholic countries are reacting to the Vatican summit.

Polish activists pull down statue of priest in abuse protest

Activists in Poland toppled a statue of a prominent Solidarity-era priest early Thursday amid allegations that he sexually abused minors, a protest against what they called a failure by the Catholic Church and society to resolve the problem of clergy sex abuse. The protest came only hours before Pope Francis gathered Catholic leaders from around the world for a landmark summit at the Vatican to address the church's sex abuse crisis.

Searing testimony heard at Vatican sex abuse summit

The day began with an African woman telling an extraordinary gathering of Catholic leaders that her priestly rapist forced her to have three abortions over a dozen years after he started violating her at age 15. It ended with a Colombian cardinal warning them they could all face prison if they let such crimes go unpunished. In between, Pope Francis began charting a new course for the Catholic Church to confront clergy sexual abuse and cover-up, a scandal that has consumed his papacy and threatens the credibility of the Catholic hierarchy at large.

Francis must fix cover-up culture that John Paul II enabled

Jason Berry was the first to report on clergy sex abuse in any substantial way, beginning with a landmark 1985 report about the Louisiana case involving a priest named Gilbert Gauthe. In 1992, he published Lead Us Not into Temptation: Catholic Priests and the Sexual Abuse of Children, a nationwide investigation after seven years of reporting in various outlets. In the foreword, Fr. Andrew Greeley referred to "what may be the greatest scandal in the history of religion in America and perhaps the greatest problem Catholicism has faced since the Reformation."

Can The Catholic Church Heal Itself? NO

After decades of revelations about abuse by clergy in the Catholic Church, this week, bishops will come to Rome to discuss the protection of children. This meeting, hosted by Pope Francis, is the first of its kind. And while some of the faithful applaud the church’s effort to address the issue, some are suggesting the institution is simply too damaged to remain credible.

Why a close look at the Pennsylvania grand jury report shows harder truths about clergy sex abuse

In August of last year, Catholics in this country absorbed the shock of the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s grand jury report on clergy sexual abuse. The document was horrifying for the numbers it cited — hundreds of clergy perpetrators over six dioceses — and for its detailed descriptions of abusive acts. It created the strong and repugnant impression that the ranks of the clergy were teeming with abusers, that the situation was constant for 70 years, and that bishops responded with cover-ups and little else.

Showing up to effect change

A panel discussion held on Feb. 6 about Pennsylvania’s 40th Grand Jury Report was an opportunity for candid conversation on reconciling Catholic identity with the Church’s sexual abuse crisis and cover-ups. Despite the event’s importance, it was sparsely attended by St. Joe’s students, predominantly attracting community members including Charles Gallagher, a former prosecutor who worked on a 2005 grand jury investigation of sexual abuse concealment within the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Report shows horror of church sex abuse, need for newspapers

The stunning report by the Houston Chronicle on the hundreds of cases of sexual abuse by Southern Baptist pastors and officials proves again that this pervasive crime is not limited to any one segment of our society. It is all too common, even among church leaders who hypocritically claim to uphold the highest moral standards. The first part of the report, published Sunday by the Chronicle and other Hearst newspapers such as the Beaumont Enterprise, also reinforces the value of newspapers in these troubled times.

Inside the horrifying, unspoken world of sexually abusive nuns

Come back down to earth people... and watch the coverup of nuns raping children and adults...
It sure is an unspoken word = NUNS abused and raped children and young adults... BOTH GIRLS, BOYS AND YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN... keep it coming out ladies... the nuns are now trying to hide behind... a few nuns who were abused as adults... this has nothing to do with defenseless children the nuns abused in their care... they were worst than the priest in our eyes... because they abused all the time... and remember what I wrote a while and it is in my book... every time they came back from church... they abused us children... but what we saw on the nuns faces... when ever a priest or bishop came to the orphanages... they were all over them... and making us bow at their feet... it makes me sick now that I know why... they sent us to the priest knowing full well... that the priest was going to rape us... I am sorry... but I have NO TIME FOR THE NUNS.. they knew what they were doing to us... and the nuns did not stop it... we were lambs to the slaughter... the nuns made sure... that they picked the right girls and boys... US CHILDREN... who had NO ONE LOOKING OUT FOR US... god this is tearing at me... we were their puppets... and they knew how hard to put those strings... they sure broke us down little by little... and it was at such an early age... that you had to do what ever they told you to do... so young... my god were we so young... little girls and boys not even walking or toilet trained... being beaten within an inch of our lives... you have no idea what I go through every day... because of the abuse and rape which was done to me... it makes me hate myself all the time... so dirty and unclean... Ann Free Spirit = Ann Thompson

It’s the line from scripture that stayed with Cait Finnegan for nearly half a century as she tried to suppress the painful memories of the sexual abuse she says she suffered at the hands of her Catholic clergy educator.
“God is Love,” Sister Mary Juanita Barto told Finnegan as she repeatedly raped her in classrooms at Mater Christi High School in Queens in the late 1960s.
The abuse began when Finnegan was 15 and continued throughout her high school years — on school buses to out-of-town sporting events, at religious retreats in upstate New York, at Finnegan’s childhood home in Woodside and at a Long Island convent.
“She was obsessed with me 24 hours a day,” Finnegan, now 67, told The Post. “The woman owned me.”

Abuse summit: ‘Nobody can ignore this now’ By Michael Swan

Nine months into 2018, it was already a horrible year for the Church, and it would get worse.

Why are so many Catholic priests and nuns being accused of sexually abusing children?

Now, the majority of people who aren’t a member of a motorcycle club would assume that these men are trouble just because of how they are dressed and because they ride motorcycles, right? Former residents at a Brisbane orphanage run by the Sisters of Nazareth have made public allegations including rapes by priests and a nun using a flagstick, whippings with staple-studded belts, and the forced eating of faeces.

Child migrant sent to Australia from UK was falsely told her family was dead for 30 years

God I have been saying this for years... the nuns told us our mother’s had died... I so remember when sitting on the floor in the Winter time... on a Sunday afternoon... and the first thing we would ask the nuns was about our mother’s... every time was the same words... and then they would tell us not to bother looking for her... after we left because we would never find her... lies upon lies was all we got from the nuns... about our families... mostly about our mother’s... we just wanted to know more about her... they never once told us the truth... at any time...

We saw the evil in the nuns... when they were our caregivers... we were not allowed to talk... we never had a doll to play with from 9years old... no toys to play with... the nuns were pure evil... and worst still when ever us girls... asked about our mothers... they just hated some of us... who had no one looking out for us...

it still gets to me... in what they told me about my mother... she was just a young girls herself... she had done nothing wrong... but they thrashed me every night... to get my mother's sins out of my soul... she was innocent like I was... but in the catholic church eyes... I was the devil's daughter... and the devil had me well and truly... on the end of his pitchfork... the only place for me when I die... was thrown into hell and pocked by the pitchfork by the devil... I remember those pictures so well... they had them on the blackboard for us all to see... they were shocking pictures... babies and children crying while the devil running after them... we had to look at them everyday... we were never able to forget those pictures... if we didn't look at them we were thrashed... there was no running away from the nuns... no safe place to hide from them... I only hope the people believe us... and don't take us the wrong way... we were little children... most of us babies... when the abuse and rape started happening to us... babies and children on the devil's pitchforks... and throwing them into the fires of hell... A Perth woman, who was sent to Australia as a child from the UK, has revealed she was told her parents were dead - despite her mother and five siblings being alive.
Yvonne Radzevicius, 76, was sent from a catholic children’s home in Glasgow to a similar home in Geraldton in Western Australia when she was just 10.
She has also detailed the sexual, physical and emotional abuse she suffered at the hands of nuns and other staff as part of an inquiry into child abuse in Scotland.
