Child migrant sent to WA Christian Brothers home from Scotland was wrongly told he was an orphan for 40 years

A Western Australia man sent to Australia from Scotland as a child migrant was told he was an orphan for 40 years - only to find his family were alive. James McGregor, 78, also told the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry he was sexually assaulted by a priest a Christian Brothers religious order home in Clontarf, WA, according to the Scotsman.
