The Catholic Church, as well as
everyone else, must understand that the world was hit by a cultural
tsunami in the 20th century. We must humbly begin to pick up the pieces
and put them back together again.
The 20th century was a crucible.
The world which has emerged from this time-machine is changed, changed
utterly. There is no going back; our only way is forward.
